Cooked Spiced Beef Blocks
Traditional Spiced Beef Block - in a range of sizes ready to slice and eat.
Cured for two weeks in a brine made of salt, sugar, corriander, spices, mustard seeds, paprika, honey & black pepper. Carefully slow cooked for 2 hours to give a great flavour and texture. Keep refrigerated and once opened it will last for 2 week. Unopened it will last a month.
Great for sandwiches, salads, snacks and great for entertaining and for sharing plates with local cheeses.
