Nutritional Information

Our Beef is lean, tender and much lower in far than conventional beef. Piedmontese Beef also takes 30% less time to cook, resulting in a more accentuated flavour


  • For roasts, lower the heat in your regular recipes by 10° Celsius. Consider searing the roast on a hot pan with olive oil to keep tender.
  • Steaks are best cooked quickly on a high heat – 2 minutes on each side or to taste.
