Simple and quick beef stir-fry using Piedmontese steak strips.

Method
1. Mix marinade ingredients together. Add the beef.
Heat a wok or large pan. Add oil and stir-fry the vegetables, remove.
2. Return the vegetables to the wok, add 2-3 tablespoon of water and the oyster sauce.
3. Serve on a bed of rice or noodles
